Acceptance
By downloading or using Neatype, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
Neatype is provided free of charge for personal and professional use. You may install and use it on your own Macs. Please don't resell it or remove its notices.
Local model and third parties
Neatype downloads and runs an open-source model runtime (Ollama) locally. Those components are covered by their own licenses, and Neatype is not responsible for third-party software.
No warranty
Neatype is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Automated correction and translation can make mistakes — always review important text before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neatype and its authors are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including lost or altered text.
Changes
